This won’t be a rant at all. I’m going to praise this little website called Last.Fm (see link to the left).
It “scrobbles” your music, and keeps a record of how much music you listened to, and which music. It also provides you with personal charts:
My top artists this week: (17Feb – 24Feb)
- Bullet for my Valentine – 124 plays
- Sabaton – 31
- Aerosmith – 27
- Disturbed – 19
- tAKiDA – 15
- Sonic Syndicate – 14
- Billy Talent – 12
- 3 Doors Down – 12
- Metallica – 9
- U.D.O. – 8
That’s what I listened to the most last week. There’s also a list of the songs I’ve listened to the most times (Ozzy Osbourne – I Don’t Wanna Stop – 111 plays) and the top artist of all time (Sabaton – 1.550 plays).
Since I became a member of Last.Fm, April 22nd 2007, I’ve listened to a whopping 19.054 songs. 1.550 are, as mentioned before, Sabaton scrobbles.
Thanks to Last.Fm, I also found out that Sabaton has a concert here in Stockholm this October. It’s a magnificent website if you, like me, really like music.
It’s now your turn to REGISTER there. Add ChrillDeVille as a friend. That’s me.
I’m now off to my cousin!! Enjoy scrobbling your tracks!!

Melodifestival? What is that? Is Chrill making up weird words? Has he gone stupid? He has not. Trust me.
Melodifestivalen (en. The Melody Festival) is an annual music competition broadcasted here in Sweden. The winners of Melodifestivalen will be our (Sweden’) competitor in the Eurovision Song Contest.
Why do I mention this to you? Becuase it is a Saturday, and it’s the 4th Semifinal, the last one. AND I HATE IT!!
I absolutely hate it, but I watch it.. I do all the time. Nobody is forcing me to do it, but I watch it. Oh yes I do. Why? Becuase of one man. His name is Björn Gustafsson. He deals with the Interval Entertainment things. He’s hilarious! He’s the best comedian Sweden has as of today. There’s one problem though. The lad speaks Swedish. You won’t understand what he is doing! I tried finding a few clips, and these are the only two you MIGHT enjoy:
You’ll only be able to laugh at the dance, not the poem: (From Melodifestivalen)
Following has got subtitles, but they’re not perfect: (World of Warcraft)
Yes world. Hello world!!
